Credit cards are required to reserve appointments at The Shop & Headspace , appointment deposits are fully refundable with 24 hours notice given to change or cancel an appointment.

Cancellation Policy
We value your time and make it our top priority, we ask for the same in return.
Kindly contact us within 24 hours if you need to change or cancel an appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
No call/no shows will be charged 100% of scheduled services and will need to pre-pay for their next appointment in order to reschedule.
