For me, hairstyling has always been about more than hair. It’s about trust. It’s about energy. It’s about holding space for someone to feel safe enough to transform.
I’m passionate about creating an environment where my clients can exhale, whether that’s through dimensional color, restorative scalp rituals, or simply uninterrupted time to reset. I approach every appointment with intention and presence, because I believe beauty feels different when it’s rooted in care.
Favorite Services: I don’t really have a single favorite. I feel grateful for all of it. Right now, I’m especially drawn to head spa and healing work because it allows more time, presence, and care, but everything I offer comes from the same place.
My why: The trust. When someone lets me care for them, slow things down, and be present with them, that’s where the work really happens.
What I want to do more of :I am excited to integrate healing within my offered services.
About me: I love driving and travel, any form of water in nature, hiking, gratitude exploring my spirituality.
Why I chose The Shop: I enjoy working in The Shop because it feels deeply aligned, both personally and professionally. When Jessica first opened the space, I had the honor of educating here and supporting its foundation. Over the years, I’ve watched The Shop evolve into something that closely mirrors a vision I wrote for myself more than a decade ago. Having been part of its early days and witnessing what it has grown into, choosing to close my own salon and move to Albany felt like a natural next step. It wasn’t about leaving something behind, it was about stepping into a shared vision that had already been taking shape.
Why I love headspa: Holding space for others, creating an energy of pause in a hectic non stop world to just breathe for a minute is precious and rare. I feel blessed.
