Credit cards are required to reserve appointments at The Shop, however you will not be charged unless you do not adhere to our cancellation policy which is conveniently located at the bottom of this page.

*Jessica is only accepting new cutting, wig, extension & hair loss clients. She is currently booking out about 6-8 weeks. She takes pride in working very closely with her team of stylists and would be happy to give you a personal recommendation if you would not like to wait.

Cancellation Policy
We value your time and make it our top priority, we ask for the same in return.
Kindly contact us within 24 hours if you need to change or cancel an appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
No call/no shows will be charged 100% of scheduled services and will need to pre-pay for their next appointment in order to reschedule.
